Based on the clinical gene diagnosis platform, CHIGENOVO has established a genetic eye disease database and specific disease cohorts, to summarize the gene mutation spectrum and the hotspots of mutation in Chinese patients, and to provide therapeutic targets for the subsequent research and development of gene therapy drugs. Taking advantage of this platform, we develop drugs with self-owned intellectual property rights, including gene replacement therapy and gene editing therapy, and are committed to pioneering innovation.
